The Mindfulness Today Workshop is a one day course from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm with free refreshments and an inclusive lunch. It is led by Diana who will be incorporating useful tools and techniques from her professional psychotherapeutic background. The day will encourage you to enjoy your life more, be more present in the now and and learn new ways of experiencing calmness and confidence each and every day. There are also several guided meditations and visualizations to unlock and develop a deeper understanding of yourself so that everyone benefits in a way that fits their own unique personal needs.
